If you wish to cancel or amend your order, you can contact our Customer service within 30 min after the purchase. It will not be possible to cancel or amend your order after this time.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. When paying with a debit or credit card, the payment is always made through a secure form, and you card details will not be saved.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any student discount on our products. However, if you wish to order larger quantities, please contact our customer service team.

All of our sales are final. No refunds will be processed due to all of our posters being personalised and printed specifically for the customer.
Unless there is a printing error, we cannot unfortunately accept any returns. All of the poster specifications are on our site, please check before placing the order.
We do offer replacements if there is a printing error made by us when personalising your poster or if your item has been damaged during the delivery process. Please get in touch with our customer service team, providing photo evidence of the error or damage and a replacement will be sent out.
Yes, we do offer a design service for a small fee. If you email our customer service with your poster details, they will arrange this for you.

FSC™ Certified Frame Mouldings
At Masterballa It's our policy is to only supply FSC certified mouldings. We believe that FSC certification is the most rigorous and credible of the international certification schemes. The Forest Stewardship Council recognises and certifies wood that has been sourced from well-managed forests and/or from recyclable materials. Much of our moulding range is FSC Certified, meaning materials are sourced from a responsibly managed forest. The Forest Stewardship Council is endorsed by major environmental charities including the Woodland Trust, Greenpeace, and WWF in recognition of the high standards of practice.
Our smaller range of posters are carefully collated and delivered in a hard backed envelope.
Our larger prints are rolled and delivered in White durable postal tube.
All our framed prints once completed are finished with corner protection & packed in double lined heavy cardboard boxes.
Our orders are processed and ready to ship in 5-7 business days. Shipping will be dependent upon country.
We use Royal Mail for despatch and we use standard First Class for UK deliveries and International Standard delivery for Europe and International deliveries. A guideline for timing is below:
Europe delivery: aim for 3-5 working days.
International delivery: aim for 7-10 working days.
Please note that timings are working days and do not include weekends. Due to the worldwide COVID-19 situation, Royal Mail are experiencing some delays. Which means the delivery times may exceed what is stated above. Unfortunately, we cannot control this situation, it is in the hands of Royal Mail.
The timings also do not include any delays due to the customs processes.
